Following our Bocce round of Viva la Mexico- the ball is truly in your court. I don’t know whether it was the Margaritas or what remained of the Carne Asada after Charlie’s attack, but almost every team who previously won or lost in Round 2, reversed their outcome. However, the Rollverines led by their indomitable Captain June Weaver continued their winning streak with a 13 point win over vacationing Captain Pete’s Mission Imbocceballs rather sad 4 point effort.

Round 2 also saw the resurgence of the importance of subs, with appearance and assists by Conor, Jim Leon, Camille, Scotty, Karen and first-time surprise substitute Rocky Lopez. Hopefully Rocky will join us again as subs are so important to the night’s outcome. Plus they add a lot of fun and excitement.

This Friday’s theme will be Take Me out to the Ballgame, and unlike the old ‘Stick we may have nice weather, but be prepared with hats and sweatshirts. 6:00pm for cocktails and 5:30 for the first game between Balls Out and Rolling Cannolis. Our menu is posted below:
